The dream is becoming a reality!
Posted on January 19 2014
Well, after musing about running a vape shop for a couple of years, I am finally seeing my dream become a reality. I graduated from Belmont University a year ago, and for a while I was searching for a corporate desk job, but over time I realized that I'm just not the kind of person that can be truly happy working for someone else. So, with the help of family and friends, we have begun this venture we're calling Gaslight Vapor Supply Co., which is going to include a physical location in East Nashville called Gaslight Vapor Room. I'm proud to say that we'll be offering products that I believe in, because they are very nearly all products that I have purchased and used myself over the past several years. I began using electronic cigarettes as a way to reduce my daily cigarette use a long time ago when I purchased one of the old NJoy King kits at a truck stop back in 2009. Since then, I, like many of you reading this, have discovered a whole world of amazing devices and liquids that have helped me not only cut back on cigarettes, but to cease using them altogether. I mention all this because I want you to know that I have kept perspective on the whole vaping thing, even since I started getting into things like mechanical mods and micro coil builds. The most important aspect of this business to me is that I am available to help my customers cut back or quit using traditional cigarettes altogether. That's the most important thing! Everything else is just the cherry on top.
If you are reading this and you're just curious about vaping, or if you're a more advanced user who loves rebuilding RDAs and blowing clouds, I hope you'll feel free to drop me a line and let me know what you think of the online store so far. We are just getting started, and I'm looking forward to hearing feedback from my customers on items or liquids you'd like to see. And as we move forward, if you're in the Nashville or Middle Tennessee area, I hope you'll stop in and say hello. Our aim is to be a resource for the curious and a haven for the experienced.
